Program Details：

• Dragon boat is a traditional Chinese culture, participants will be allocated into different roles on the boat according to their ability including rower, helmsman and drummer. Teamwork is the most important part of rowing the dragon boat, only the team with the greatest teamwork can generate the fastest pace.  
• We aim to improve team members’ paddling skills, strength and navigation knowledge through consistent training given by our professional trainers. By strengthening members’ paddling performance, our members will be able to paddle at a fast pace and participate in the Dragon Boat tournament in Hong Kong. 
• Dragon Boat training can strengthen body fitness, build up bondings between members, create encouraging and supportive vibes, and bring perseverance, determination and team spirit to our paddlers.

Maximum Number of Team Members：20 people
Location：Blue Sky Sports Club, Sha Ha Road, Sai Kung
Date：Saturday & Sunday (Select the starting month of the team training using the calendar -May & June consecutive)
Time：10:00 – 12:00 (2 hours x 6 lessons each month)
Price included：Instructors & Equipment (Dragon boat、Paddle、Life jacket)

Booking & Payment:

• After submitting the booking request, please wait for our confirmation email and payment instructions before payment to ensure availability.
  After receiving the emails, please use the link in our email to pay within 12 hours to reserve your spot.
• Please provide the Booking ID# to the coach on booking date

What do I need to bring?

• Must bring: Water sports shoes that covers your toes, swimwear, extra clothing, hat, sunscreen, dry bag and drinking water of 750ml or more.
• You are also suggested to bring sunglasses (with a floating belt), put on sunscreen and insect repellent before the event. You’ll also need dry clothes for changing after the event.
• To start the event on time, please kindly change your clothes and settle your personal belongings in advance (Not applicable to Kei Ling Ha).
