By public transport: KMB 287 or 299X, Citybus 581 or 582, or green minibus 807K. Driving from Wu Kai Sha, turn onto Hoi Ying Road at the Sai Sha Road roundabout and use the public car park. The nearest MTR is Wu Kai Sha. The rental station is inside GO PARK Aqua at 9 Hoi Ying Road.
4. Do I need experience or to know how to swim?
Kayak rental needs no experience and no swimming ability — a life jacket is provided and must be worn on the water at all times. Stand-up paddleboard rental is different: for safety it is available only to holders of a valid SUP Beginner Certificate (see below).
5. What’s the minimum age?
Paddlers aged 6 and up are welcome; a double (tandem) kayak is open to children from age 3 sharing with a parent. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
6. Do I book on the website or the GO PARK app?
Equipment rentals are booked here on bluesky-sc.com, with instant email confirmation once you pay. Guided classes, private coaching, events and facility access are booked through the GO PARK Sports app.
7. Which day is GO PARK Aqua closed?
Water-sports rentals at Sai Sha are closed on Tuesdays.
8. Can anyone rent a stand-up paddleboard?
For safety, paddleboard rental is open only to holders of a valid SUP Beginner Certificate, and you enter each participant’s certificate number when booking — using someone else’s certificate voids the booking with no refund. New to paddleboarding? Take our SUP Beginner Course to earn the certificate first.
