Our certified coach will tailor the program to your level of experience. Don’t worry if you’re new to SUP Pilates, we’re happy to have you join us.
In this program, our expert instructor will guide you on a stand-up paddleboard in the calm waters of the ocean. While doing pilates on the board, you can listen to the sound of the waves, close your eyes, feel the board floating on the sea, and enjoy the pilates experience while connecting with your body and mind.
Our instructor(s) possess professional qualifications including 【Anit Pilates and Barre】and the 【Level 1 Flatwater SUP Instructor 】from the International Surfing Association.

Time: 10:00 – 12:00 or 13:00 – 15:00

What is SUP Pilates?
Pilates combines ANIT™ Movement (positive posture) and Barre training to improve bodybuilding and stretching. It is especially useful for Hong Kong office workers who sit for long hours. Pilates emphasizes body alignment, joint mobility, coordination, and balance to activate inactive muscles, relieve muscle tension and weakness caused by poor posture, and burn fat.
Our SUP Pilates experience brings Pilates movements to paddle boards, combining the benefits of both activities and enhancing the Pilates experience. Our certified coach takes you on a paddle board into the ocean to do Pilates while feeling the board floating on the sea, listening to the waves, and connecting with your body and mind.
And if you’re interested in learning how to paddle board or exploring the nearby Three Fathom Cove after the SUP Pilates session, we also got the program for you.
Minimum participants：4
- Tour can still be formed if less than 4 people provided full price of 8 people is paid (Private Class).
- If less than 4 people we might arrange you to join another group.
- Tour might be canceled if there are less than 4 people joined.
Booking & Payment:
- After submitting the booking request, please wait for our confirmation email and payment instructions before payment to ensure availability.
After receiving the emails, please use the link in our email to pay within 12 hours to reserve your spot. - Please provide the Booking ID# to the coach on booking date
What do I need to bring?
- Must bring: Water sports shoes that covers your toes, swimwear, extra clothing, hat, sunscreen, dry bag and water/water bag 750ml or more.
- You are also suggested to bring sunglasses (with a floating belt), put on sunscreen and insect repellent before the event. You’ll also need dry clothes for changing after the event.
- To start the event on time, please kindly change your clothes and settle your personal belongings in advance (Not applicable to Kei Ling Ha).
