The SUP 
Fitness Advanced 
Techniques
 Training
 Program consists of Four SUP Training sessions (total 8 hours) which to be completed within a month (4 weeks, 1 session each Saturday).

Participants will learn some advanced techniques of SUP fitness and SUP racing, which will enable them to compete in SUP Races or go Open Ocean Paddling on their own.

Time: 13:00 – 15:00

Remarks :

  1. All the participants should possess HKSUPBA SUP Beginner Certificate
  2. All the participants should be able to swim 50m without additional assistant
