Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation / Reschedule Under Special Circumstances
Blue Sky Sports Club may cancel or reschedule bookings without prior notice under any of the following conditions. However, we will notify you immediately once any of these conditions are met:
- There are fewer than 4 participants for any group class.
- If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted 2 hours before the booked time slot, the activity will be postponed.
- If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is announced during a course, class, or tour, the activity will be terminated immediately.
- If a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is announced 2 hours before the booked time slot, the activity will be postponed.
- If a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is announced during a course or class, the activity will be terminated immediately.
- Our coach determines the water condition is unsafe. Our coach has the absolute right to decide whether to cancel or continue the lesson, subject to the safety of the water conditions and/or environment. All students must obey coach instructions. No swimming is allowed without permission.
Under the conditions listed above, refunds or reschedules will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
However, bookings will proceed as scheduled if any of the following conditions are met:
- Classes and activities will resume as scheduled 2 hours after the cancellation of a Black or Red Rainstorm Warning. Participants can contact Blue Sky Sports Club for further instructions in such situations.
- Trainings and programs may resume 2 hours after the lowering of Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, depending on the time of day and sea conditions. Participants can contact Blue Sky Sports Club for further instructions in such situations.
- When a Thunderstorm Warning, Amber Rainstorm Warning, or Typhoon Signal No. 1 is hoisted either before or during lessons, classes and activities will proceed as scheduled.
Cancellation / Reschedule by Customers
- All customer-initiated cancellations are non-refundable.
- Payment for all courses, tours, and rental services must be received at least 4 days prior to the booked date; otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled.
- Once paid, courses, tours, and rental services cannot be rescheduled by customers for any reason, and refund requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Reschedule Arrangement
For Classes/Tours/Activities Terminated Due to Adverse Weather During Session:
- If the course or activity has been in progress for less than 30 minutes, a reschedule may be arranged.
- If the course or activity has been in progress for 30 minutes or more, the session will be considered completed, and no reschedule will be arranged.
Membership Related Refund Request
All membership fees paid are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:
- The customer requests to cancel the membership within 7 days of the billed date, provided no membership benefits have been utilized within this 7-day period. In such cases, a full refund, minus any credit card or PayPal processing fees, may be issued.
- Under other special circumstances (e.g., fraud, scam, etc.).
