1. Ownership, Commitment, Location & Month Calculation
Ownership: All memberships are held by one registered individual. For Family Tandem, the holder must be one of the two users; membership and equipment rights are non-transferable. Solo plans are for the holder only.
Location: Membership is valid only for the centre selected at sign-up (Sha Ha or GO PARK). Cross-centre booking or equipment use is not permitted.
Commitment: Members on 3/6/9-month plans must fulfil the full payment term. No refunds for early cancellation.
Month Calculation: Membership months are based on the calendar. Validity runs from the effective date until the day before the same date the following month (e.g., Feb 12 start expires Mar 11).
2. Booking, Usage & Cancellation
Advance Booking: Book up to 3 days ahead. One session per day, first-come first-served, subject to equipment availability.
Punctual Return: Gear must be returned by end of session. Late returns may result in penalties.
Cancellation: Cancel at least 24 hours before your session. 3 no-shows will result in membership termination with no refund.
3. Safety, Health & Insurance
Health: Members must ensure they are in good health and free from conditions unsuitable for water sports.
Insurance: Membership does not include personal accident insurance. Members are strongly advised to arrange their own coverage.
4. Equipment Maintenance & Liability
Damage or loss caused by negligence or improper use (e.g., leaving boards on rocky shores) will be charged based on repair or replacement costs.
5. Operations & Weather Policy
Closed Days: Sha Ha Centre closed Wednesdays; GO PARK Aqua closed Tuesdays. We reserve the right to adjust hours for maintenance or events.
Weather: Centre closes during Typhoon Signal No. 3+, Red/Black Rainstorm warnings. Sessions may be suspended during Lightning Warnings.
Special Closures: We reserve the right to suspend services due to extreme weather, including pre-typhoon precautions or post-typhoon recovery.
No Refunds: Days lost to weather or unforeseen closures are not eligible for extensions or refunds.
6. Limited Promotion Rewards
Free month rewards must be activated and used within 2026. Bonus rewards for 6/9-month plans must be selected at sign-up.
7. Final Decision
Blue Sky Sports Club reserves the right to modify terms, pricing, and operating hours at any time. In case of dispute, Blue Sky Sports Club's decision is final.
