Sea & Mountain: Sai Wan SUP + Cascade Pools Adventure

This Sai Wan SUP tour turns a single summer day into an epic double feature. You paddle across glass-flat coastal waters all morning and hike straight up a freshwater cascade all afternoon.

• Age: 6+ (under 18 must be accompanied by parent / guardian)
• Swim Requirement: Able to swim 25m unassisted

Tour Itinerary

(Subject to change due to weather, tide or operational factors)

• 09:45: Meet at Sai Wan Sea Wave Café
• 10:00: SUP briefing and on-water journey across Tai Long Sai Wan
• 13:00: Return to the café for lunch
• 14:00: Hike up the stream to Sze Tip Tam cascade pools — dip and explore
• 15:30: Return to the café, pack up and dismiss

What do I need to bring?

• Must bring: Water sports shoes that covers your toes, swimwear, extra clothing, hat, sunscreen, dry bag and drinking water of 750ml or more.
• You are also suggested to bring sunglasses (with a floating belt), put on sunscreen and insect repellent before the event. You’ll also need dry clothes for changing after the event.
• To start the event on time, please kindly change your clothes and settle your personal belongings in advance (Not applicable to Kei Ling Ha).
