SUP Beginner Class Location: Blue Sky Sports Club (Sha Ha Center)
Class Date: 8, 9, 15,16/3 ; 4, 5, 6, 12, 13, 18/4
Class Time: 10:00 / 13:00 / 15:00 (2 hours, please arrive 15 mins early)
Age: 6 years old or above (Children under 18 must be accompany by an adult)
Prerequisite: Able to swim 25 meters without assistance

Minimum participants：4

• If less than 4 people we might arrange you to join another group.
• Program might be canceled if there are less than 4 people joined.

SUP Beginner Class:

• The 2-hour class covers all the basic SUP (Stand Up Paddle) knowledge you need to know, including how to paddle forward and backward in prone, kneeling, and stand-up positions, how to maneuver your board in the water, and most importantly, safety knowledge such as how to fall properly. Your lesson will be conducted in calm, flat water.
• Upon successful completion of the lesson, you will receive a SUP Beginner Certificate from the Hong Kong Surf & Stand Up Paddle Association within 1 week.

❗Free SUP Rentals:

• After successfully the lesson is confirmed any paid, participants will receive their free rental coupon code within 1 week to book their SUP board online .
• Please proceed to the Starter Pack booking page to reserve your equipment using the coupons.
• All coupons will expire on 19 June 2025.

Booking & Payment:

• After submitting the booking request, please wait for our confirmation email and payment instructions before payment to ensure availability.
• After receiving the emails, please use the link in our email to pay within 12 hours to reserve your spot.

What do I need to bring?

• Must bring: Water sports shoes that cover your toes, swimwear, extra clothing, hat, sunscreen, dry bag and drinking water of 750ml or more.
• You are also suggested to bring sunglasses (with a floating belt), put on sunscreen and insect repellent before the event. You’ll also need dry clothes for changing after the event.
• To start the event on time, please kindly change your clothes and settle your personal belongings in advance (Not applicable to Kei Ling Ha).
