Kayak rental needs no experience and no swimming ability — a life jacket is provided and must be worn on the water at all times. Stand-up paddleboard rental is different: for safety it is available only to holders of a valid SUP Beginner Certificate. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
