Postponement of the Kei Ling Ha Hoi Dragon Boat Carnival 📣
Based on the latest forecast from the Hong Kong Observatory, Kei Ling Ha Hoi Dragon Boat Carnival, originally scheduled for Sunday, July 20, 2025, is expected to be affected by a tropical cyclone, with strong winds of Force 7 predicted in offshore areas.
To ensure the safety of all participants, staff, and spectators, we have made the decision after careful consideration to postpone the event by one week. The new arrangements are as follows:

📍 Time and Venue: Remain Unchanged
