Blue Sky Swimming Club
Description: The program provides chance for parents to share the joy of learning swimming with their baby; and to enhance the baby’s limbs development through our basic movement skills activities.
Remarks: Each child is required to be accompanied by one Parent/Guardian at lesson.
Description: Children under age of 6 MUST BE in this Level unless the child can swim a certain length with confidence on back and front and can climb from in & out of the pool without assistant.
Target Results: Enjoy playing in water; show trust & confidence to the instructor. Able to put face into water, to hold breath and blow bubbles.
Syllabus: Face submerged, hold breath, bubbling, & front-floating
Requirement: Suitable for naive swimmer,?6 years old or above.
Target Result: 15 meters freestyle.?
Syllabus: Basic freestyle technique, including arm-stroke; flutter-kick; breathing technique; body positioning and coordination.
Intermediate Level 1
Requirement: Able to swim a distance of 15 meters in freestyle, or completed Beginner level.
Target Result: 10-15M backstroke, 25M freestyle
Syllabus: Backstroke technique, including arm-stroke; backstroke kick; backstroke breathing technique; body positioning and coordination.
Intermediate Level 2
Requirement: Able to swim a distance of 15 meters in freestyle, or completed Intermediate Level 1.
Target Result: 10-15M breaststroke, 25M backstroke & 50M freestyle
Syllabus: Breaststroke technique, including arm stroke; wrap-kick; breathing technique; body positioning and coordination.
Advance Level 1
Requirement: Able to swim 3 strokes including freestyle, backstroke in at least 50M each, or completed our Intermediate level.
Target Result: 600M non-stop swimming using 3 strokes; not necessary to swim in full speed, but need to do it in correct stroke.
Syllabus: Improve forms; enhance explosive & endurance; introduce & correct comment errors; introduce starting & turning skills. This level start emphasize in speed and time tracking.
Advance Level 2
Requirement: Able to swim 3 strokes including freestyle, backstroke & breaststroke in at least 50M each, or complete our Advance 1 Level.
Target Result: Able to swim 750M non-stop, 25M butterfly-strokes.
Syllabus: Increase amount of the endurance and sprint training in 3 strokes.
Butterfly stroke technique, arm stroke and dolphin-kick; breathing techniques; body position; coordination of arms and legs movement.
Our personal instructor will develop the most effective program for you based on your fitness level, ability and personal goals. Personal attention during class is the primary function of private instructors.
Your instructor will observe, assist and correct as needed to ensure that you swim in the safest possible manner and most effective strokes.
