Kau Sai Chau SUP & Kayak Exploration Tour
From: $690.00
A perfect family day at the HK Geopark with a fun speedboat ride. We bring you straight to Kau Sai Chau, so the kids step off the boat buzzing and full of energy, ready to grab a kayak or paddle board.
This direct access is why our kayak and paddle board tours are ideal for beginners and families with children. You’ll spend your time exploring the beautiful geopark coastline and taking photos, with our instructors guiding the way.
Highlights
- Round-trip speedboat transfer from Sai Kung Pier — no long hike, straight onto the water.
- Explore Kau Sai Chau, part of Hong Kong’s only UNESCO Global Geopark — a “geopark in the city” found nowhere else in the world.
- When conditions allow, paddle through Tiu Chung Cave, a dramatic natural sea arch; if not, we view it from the boat.
- Beginner-friendly, with professional ISA-qualified instructors — choose a kayak or a stand up paddle board.

- Return (11:45–12:30): Pack up, board the boat back to Sai Kung Public Pier, and disperse.

Why Choose Blue Sky?
- Our guides know the geography — tide windows, swell patterns, hidden coves — built from 20+ years operating out of Sai Kung. You see places day-trippers don’t.
- Small group sizes (capped per tour) mean the pace flexes to the group. No mass-tourism rush, no waiting for stragglers.
- All guides hold International Surfing Association (ISA) qualifications and are trained in open-water rescue. Tours run rain or shine within safe operating limits, postponed only if conditions exceed those limits.
- Equipment is checked between every tour — boards, paddles, leashes, PFDs — no fleet rotation gaps where a tired board hits the water.
