The SUP Advanced Fitness Training consists of Four SUP Training sessions (total 8 hours) which to be completed within a month (4 weeks, 1 session each Saturday).
Participants will learn some advanced techniques of SUP fitness and SUP racing, which will enable them to compete in SUP races or go open ocean paddling on their own.

Monday 5-7 pm (Adult 17+)
Tuesday 4-6 pm (Adult 17+)
Wednesday 5-7 pm (Youth 8 – 16)
Thursday 4-6 pm (Youth 8 – 16)
Note that this is a 1 month program with 1 session each week (Total 4 sessions)
