The SUP Advanced Fitness Training consists of Four SUP Training sessions (total 8 hours) which to be completed within a month (4 weeks, 1 session each week).

Participants will learn some advanced techniques of SUP fitness and SUP racing, which will enable them to compete in SUP races or go open ocean paddling on their own.

Time slots and the respective category:

  • Monday 5-7 pm (Adult 17+)
  • Tuesday 4-6 pm (Adult 17+)
  • Wednesday 5-7 pm (Youth 8 – 16)
  • Thursday 4-6 pm (Youth 8 – 16)

Note that this is a 1 month program with 1 session each week (Total 4 sessions)

*This program requires SUP Beginner Certificate (Hong Kong Surf SUP Association)

Please provide the Booking ID# on booking date in order to retrieve your equipment.

Assembly point is Blue Sky Water Sports Centre near Sai Kung Sha Ha Road (Unless otherwise specified).

We are located at Sha Ha Road, Sai Kung, New Territories, Hong Kong.

Please use facilities at the Leisure and Cultural Services Department Squash Court. It is free to enter and located just a 5-mins walk from our water sports center.

You are suggested to bring water, water shoes (cover heel and toes), sunglasses (with a floating belt) and a hat. Please put on sunscreen and insect repellent before the event. You may need dry clothes for changing after the event.

Please wear water shoes / sports shoes for the event. Flip flops are NOT recommended.

To start the event on time, please kindly change your clothes and settle your personal belongings in advance.
