6月份活動資訊 JUNE Activity Updates! (Blue Sky Sports Club)

Dear our valued Customers and Blue Sky Members, hope you are all healthy and in good spirt, We have complied a list of June activities and want to give you an update of what we have in store for you in the coming month!

尊敬的客戶和藍天會員大家好，希望大家都精神健康啊。我們剛剛更新了6月份的藍天活動清單，大家在防疫之餘都要記得放鬆同間中出去做下運動啊。

事不宜遲，以下就係6月份既藍天活動啦😄：

Blue Sky’s Professional will cover all logistics and safety aspects during your SUP journey, while Explorer’s equipment will provide you a stable platform to enjoy the country side.

About Green Egg Island:
Green Egg Island a.k.a Lan Pai is located at the eastern side of Tai Leng Tung. It was so-named since its shaped is liked a green pouched egg.

The Green Egg Island is off the coast of Clear Water Bay area in Sai Kung. You can walk across chest-deep water to reach the island to a little beach, and snorkeling is pretty nice. For the most part, it’s 80% the same as Lung Ha Wan Country Trail, with an offshoot that will take you down to the island. The coast of the mainland is a pebble beach and it’s pretty peebly in the sea, too, so best to bring wet shoes.

有關綠蛋島
綠蛋島即爛排，是位於清水灣大嶺峒東面海域的一些石礁排，原名爛排。綠蛋島因在高空上看時形狀似一隻荷包蛋，中央部份的「蛋黃」的部分呈綠色（因中央部份佈滿綠色植物），故近年被稱為綠蛋島。綠蛋島上有個小沙灘，水清沙幼而且水淺，適合嬉水浮潛。綠蛋島在大潮退日子，可直接經沙堤走到綠蛋島，一般日子則需涉水而過／游水。

Our program aims to share the stoke of the sport and love to our ocean to young talents. The program allows you to learn the following water sports from the best in a safe and fun conditions.

Blue Sky Wet & Wild Camp offers your child a variety of different water sports. This program will allow them to take part 5 different activities. Besides having safety guidelines and learning the basic skills, our program helps immerse them in the waters of one of the locations in Sai Kung, not only allows your kids to explore on marine sciences, but most importantly understands the basic underwater survival and look after the wild life ocean.

Wet and Wild 四天夏令營

運動營不單能夠令孩子可以作適當的健康體力活動，更有效的從當中學習到團隊合作的精神﹑比賽中嬴輸的意義和學習聆聽教練指引的重要性 !

為孩子安排暑期活動一直都是家長每年煩惱的項目，但到底要如果選擇才是最合適呢? 雖然現在市面上有多種不同類型的項目能供選擇: 包括夏日營﹑暑期班或出國旅行等, 但在眾多夏日活動裡，運動營依然是其中一個最熱門的選擇。運動營不單能夠令孩子可以作適當的健康體力活動，更有效的從當中學習到團隊合作的精神﹑比賽中嬴輸的意義和學習聆聽教練指引的重要性。

參加夏令營可以培養孩子的獨立，開闊孩子的視野，增強體質，培養孩子的獨立生活能力，有助於孩子形成樂觀自信、勇於探索、創造性思考的性格，同時在人際溝通、團隊合作方面也得到鍛鍊。

由初中或高中學生組成參與，一起學習新技能及完成任務。藍天Wet and Wild 夏令營營為你的孩子提供各種不同的水上運動。此夏令營將讓參加者投入5種不同的水上運動。除安全守則及基本技巧外，4天的活動訓練都在西貢海域進行，更能夠學習到本港海洋生態及各種野生海洋生物的基本知識及水上安全的重要性。

藍天Wet ‘n’ Wild 夏令營為您的孩子提供各種不同的水上運動。在藍天Wet ‘n’ Wild 夏令營中，學生除了能夠學習基查的水上安全準則和運動技能外，我們的計劃還能幫助他們探索海洋科學，和了解水上活動的智識，增加生活的磨練，提高的獨立自主能力；充分感受人與自然和睦相處的無盡樂趣。

課程詳情 Program Details：
在這2小時的直立板初級課程體驗裡，你會學習基本直立板技巧，包括於直立板上的平衡、由俯臥式、跪划式至直立式於板面上的姿勢、握槳的正確方法、控制板的方向 (前後划行、轉向及停板) 以及直立板運動的安全知識。
課程考試合格後, 您將會獲發香港直立板總會頒發的證書，讓你可以隨時租借直立板划槳出海。

This program will demonstrate participants to learn the basic skills include: How to paddle forward and backward in prone position, in kneeling position and in stand up position; how to maneuver; and most importantly, the safety guidelines such as how to fall properly.

「吊鐘洞」連同其餘三個洞被稱為「東海四大名洞」，皆位於著名的香港地質公園之中。

香港地質公園有八大景區，其中之一的「甕缸群島景區」，就是由橫洲、火石洲、沙塘口山及吊鐘洲的金鐘岩組成。島嶼由具柱狀節理的火山岩構成，海岸長期受猛烈風浪沖刷，形成獨特的外觀，懸崖峭壁伴隨不少海蝕穴及海蝕拱。鄰近吊鐘洲的沙塘口山，東南沿岸更有全港最高的海崖，高度達140米。

Tiu Chung Arch in the southern part of the island has been regarded as one of the famous “Four Sea Arches” of Hong Kong, along with Sha Tong Hau Cave in the southern part of Bluff Island, Lam Wan Kok Cave in the eastern part of Basalt Island and Wang Chau Kok Cave in the eastern part of Wang Chau.

The 30-meter-tall arch can be sailed through when tides are low on a fine day and the weather stable. But people can also land on the island and climb uphill — the renowned arch will then appear as the wagging tail of an adorable goldfish.
