Program Details:

SUP is a superior core workout on both flat water and amongst the waves. It is an ideal sport for cross-training as it brings together legs, back, feet, arms, neck and stomach muscles in a graceful display of core strength and balance.

Stand up paddle boarding provides great experience as a sport, which lends itself well to those who want both a cardio, balance and strength workout. It does not only encompass the core muscle action, but also utilizes a whole body functional approach to building core muscle balance and support.

This monthly program aims to group sup enthusiast to train and stay fit together, our trainers will help you set training program that will fit into your physical ability, help you with monthly goals and challenges. There are no worries of holding other people back, our trainers will give different goals and program base on your ability.
