Program Details: SUP is a superior core workout on both flat water and amongst the waves. It is an ideal sport for cross-training as it brings together legs, back, feet, arms, neck and stomach muscles in a graceful display of core strength and balance.

Stand up paddle boarding provides great experience as a sport, which lends itself well to those who want both a cardio, balance and strength workout. It does not only encompass the core muscle action, but also utilizes a whole body functional approach to building core muscle balance and support.

This monthly program aims to group sup enthusiast to train and stay fit together, our trainers will help you set training program that will fit into your physical ability, help you with monthly goals and challenges. There are no worries of holding other people back, our trainers will give different goals and program base on your ability.

Regarding member discounts:

  • Please note that all member discounts are only applicable to individual Blue Sky and do not cover other participants. If other participants do have a valid membership, please make sure you have entered their membership email at the “Personal Information of other participants” session below, and contact us to make price amendment after you have submitted the booking.

After receiving the emails, please use the link in our email to pay within 12 hours to reserve your spot.

Assembly point is Blue Sky Water Sports Centre near Sai Kung Sha Ha Road (Unless otherwise specified).

Please use facilities at the Leisure and Cultural Services Department Squash Court. It is free to enter and located just a 5-mins walk from our water sports center.

You are suggested to bring water, water shoes (cover heel and toes), sunglasses (with a floating belt) and a hat. Please put on sunscreen and insect repellent before the event. You may need dry clothes for changing after the event.

Please wear water shoes / sports shoes for the event. Flip flops are NOT recommended.

To start the event on time, please kindly change your clothes and settle your personal belongings in advance.
