Kei Ling Ha SUP Training Program (Members Only)


Program Details:
Improve your SUP skills with the help of Blue Sky International Certified Instructor(s)! This program is suitable for those who knows the basics of SUP but want to become more proficient! What you can learn includes but not limited to:

  • How to paddle faster
  • Improve your paddle efficiency
  • Do quicker pivot turn
  • How to deal with waves and wind
  • How to deal with traffic
  • and other intermediate SUP skills


  • Valid Blue Sky Membership
  • Valid SUP Beginner Certificate (Please enter your cert number during check out)


  • $800/pax
  • This is a 1 month program with 4 lessons, each lesson is 2 hours

Training Goal:

  • Men team – 5 km per hour
  • Women team – 4 km per hour
  • Youth team (Age 8 to 17) – 3 km per hour

Training Date:

  • Every Sunday, 4 lessons per month
  • Please choose the start date of each month on the calendar below

Training Time:

  • Youth Team 9:00 – 11:00
  • Women Team 11:00-13:00
  • Men Team 13:00-15:00

  • June: 6, 13, 20, 27
  • July: 4, 11, 18, 25
  • Aug: 1, 8, 15, 22
  • Sept: 5, 12, 19, 26

  • Nov: 7, 14, 21,28

Min people: 4

  • If your group has less than 4 people, we might arrange you to join another group
  • Tour might be rescheduled if there are less than 4 people joined

Booking & Payment:

  • After submitting the booking request, please wait for our confirmation email and payment instructions before payment to ensure availability.
    After receiving the emails, please use the link in our email to pay within 12 hours to reserve your spot.
  • Please provide the Booking ID# to the coach on booking date

What do I need to bring?

  • You are suggested to bring water, water shoes (cover heel and toes), sunglasses (with a floating belt) and a hat. Please put on sunscreen and insect repellent before the event. You may need dry clothes for changing after the event.
  • Please wear water shoes / sports shoes for the event. Flip flops are NOT recommended.
  • To start the event on time, please kindly change your clothes and settle your personal belongings in advance.
