Kei Ling Ha Advanced SUP Training Program (Members Only)


Program Details:
Become a SUP racer with the help of the Blue Sky International Certified Instructor(s)! This program is designed for those who wants to participate in different types of SUP races in the future. What you can learn includes but not limited to the following:

  • How to sprint
  • How to do beach start
  • How to do water start
  • Flat water racing skills
  • Open water racing skills
  • How to do long distance paddling
  • How to plan your training routine
  • and other advance SUP techniques


  • Valid Blue Sky Membership
  • Valid SUP Intermediate Broze Certificate (Please enter your cert number during check out)


  • $1200/pax
  • This is a 1 month program with 4 lessons, each lesson 3 hours

Training Goal:

  • Men team – 7 km per hour
  • Women team – 6 km per hour
  • Youth team (Age 8 to 17) – 5 km per hour

Training Date:

  • Every Sunday, 4 lessons per month
  • Please choose the start date of each month on the calendar below

Training Time:

  • Youth Team 09:00 – 12:00
  • Women Team 12:00 – 15:00
  • Men Team 13:00 -16:00

  • June: 6, 13, 20, 27
  • July: 4, 11, 18, 25
  • Aug: 1, 8, 15, 22
  • Sept: 5, 12, 19, 26

  • Nov: 7, 14, 21,28

Min people: 4

  • If your group has less than 4 people, we might arrange you to join another group
  • Tour might be rescheduled if there are less than 4 people joined

Booking & Payment:

  • After submitting the booking request, please wait for our confirmation email and payment instructions before payment to ensure availability.
    After receiving the emails, please use the link in our email to pay within 12 hours to reserve your spot.
  • Please provide the Booking ID# to the coach on booking date

What do I need to bring?

  • You are suggested to bring water, water shoes (cover heel and toes), sunglasses (with a floating belt) and a hat. Please put on sunscreen and insect repellent before the event. You may need dry clothes for changing after the event.
  • Please wear water shoes / sports shoes for the event. Flip flops are NOT recommended.
  • To start the event on time, please kindly change your clothes and settle your personal belongings in advance.
